Last Copies of my first Cookbook: Comfort & Spice
The last copies of my first Cookbook, Comfort & Spice! Now 10 years old, and out of print.
I love this book and I wish I had more of them to sell to you. It has 157 recipes, home cooking with an Irish heart and an international view, inspired by my travels and life in London.
Photography by Georgia Glynn-Smith, who really captured the essence of what I was doing. (She asked what the style should be, and Is said: colourful, high energy, pattern clashes, a little messy, everything homemade). I cooked every dish for the photoshoot. It was a fun time.
I will sign each copy.
